Item. I give and bequeath to my son Jarrett the tract of land on which he formerly lived and sold to A. Hatchett containing 100 acres, an equal portion of my estate then after paying out of his ______ share to the rest of my legatees all demands which I have against him amounting to some $300. Item. I give and bequeath to my son Elijah a parcel of land on which Mary Galloway now lives; take possession of the same at her death; an equal portion then of my estate after paying a note I hold against him for the place on which he now lives. Item. I give and bequeath to my son Elias (two hundred acres of land, 100 on which he now lives, 100 adjoining same on which John C. Willingham now lives with the understanding that a road is to be kept open on the ridge, an equal portion then of my estate, after paying what claims I hold against him. I give & bequeath to the heirs of my deceased daughter Sabrina B. Freels four hundred dollars to be paid over out of my estate to A. Hatchett in trust for them. Item. I give and bequeath to Russell Willingham fifty acres of land the place on which he now lives with the express condition that he is not to come in for a share of the rest of my property. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Thomas the place on which he now lives, containing 140 acres more or less then to share an equal portion after deducting what he may be owing me. Item: I give and bequeath to my son James the place on which he now lives containing 130 acres more or less, then share equally after paying such claims as may be found against him. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Robert the place on which he now lives, supposed to be 80 acres; and to have the fifty acres left to his mother after her death without valuation. Finally, I request that all my just debts be paid before a division of my property takes place, and in the lot bequeathed to my son Thomas, I wish ten acres to be reserved including the grave yard, which shall never be sold but kept for a burying place. Lastly I have my son Elijah Willingham Jr. and my friend A. Hatchett Jr. executors of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have herewith set my hand and seal day day and date above mentioned.
