Lucinda S. Voils, daughter of D. William Voils and Alvina (Atterson) Voils, was born 11 April 1865 in Kentucky.2,1 Lucinda S. Voils was commonly known as Lou Voils. She was the daughter of D. William Voils and Alvina (Atterson) Voils.1 Lucinda S. Voils was commonly known as Cinda Voils. She married Andrew Jackson Lawhorn, son of Asa C. Lowhorn and Mariah Caroline Lowhorn, about 1890 in Adair County, Kentucky..3 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 16 June 1900 in the Glenville Precinct, Adair County, Kentucky, listed Lue "Lawhorn", who had been married 9 years, with 6 children of whom 6 were still living, as the 35-year-old wife of Andy J. Lawhorn.4 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 26 April 1910 in Glens Fork Precinct 8, Adair County, Kentucky, listed Cinda "Lawhorn", who had been married 19 years, with 8 children of whom 7 were still living, as the 46-year-old wife of Andy J. Lawhorn.5 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 6 January 1920 in Casey County, Kentucky, listed Lucinda "Lawhorn", as the 54-year-old wife of Andrew J Lawhorn.6 Lucinda S. Lawhorn died on 8 November 1944 in Casey County, Kentucky.7,1 She was buried in the South Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Phil, Casey County, Kentucky.7,8
