Clarinda P. Lowhorn, daughter of Joshua D. Lowhorn and Louisa Stockton, was born about 1841 in Clinton County, Kentucky.1 Clarinda P. Lowhorn was the daughter of Joshua D. Lowhorn and Louisa Stockton. The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 22 August 1850 in District 2, Clinton County, Kentucky, listed Cleranda "Lowhorn" as a 8-year-old residing with Joshua Luohan.2 Clarinda P. Lowhorn married William Edwin Cumming, son of John Robinson Cumming Sr. and Martha B.
