     Lucinda M. Lowhorn, daughter of Joshua D. Lowhorn and Louisa Stockton, was born about 1855 in Clinton County, Kentucky.1 Lucinda M. Lowhorn was the daughter of Joshua D. Lowhorn and Louisa Stockton. The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 28 July 1870 in the Albany post office area of District 4, Clinton County, Kentucky, listed Lucinda G.
