     Martine Dulaney was born 15 April 1896 in Pickett County, Tennessee.1 He married Susan J. Lowhorn, daughter of James A. F. Lowhorn and Amanda E. Stone, on 9 April 1917 in Clinton County, Kentucky..2,3 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 3 January 1920 in District 5, Pickett County, Tennessee, listed Martine Dulaney, a farm laborer, as a 24-year-old servant residing with Joseph L. Gerunds.4
The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 23 April 1930 in District 5, Pickett County, Tennessee, listed the following:
Martine Delaney, 33-year-old head of household, a farmer, married first at the age of 20.3
Susa "Dulaney", 34-year-old wife, married first at the age of 22.3
Martine Dulaney died on 10 January 1941 in Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky.1 He was buried in the Locust Grove Cemetery, Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky.1
