     Jesse Henry Allen Lowhorn, son of Charles Martin Lowhorn and Daisy Ethel Shelley, was born 27 August 1918 in Clinton County, Kentucky.1 Jesse Henry Allen Lowhorn was the son of Charles Martin Lowhorn and Daisy Ethel Shelley. The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 6 January 1920 in Clinton County, Kentucky, listed Jesse H. "Lawhorn", as the 1-year and 4-month old nephew of Mary J Groce.2 Jesse Henry Allen Lowhorn married Helen Smith, daughter of Paul Smith, on 6 August 1937..1 His wife, Helen Lowhorn, died on 24 October 1992.3 Jesse Henry Allen Lowhorn died on 20 December 1993 in Straughn, Henry County, Indiana.1 He was buried in December 1993 in the Lewisville Cemetery, Lewisville, Henry County, Indiana.1
