     Thomas Robert Craft Lowhorn, son of Charles Martin Lowhorn and Daisy Ethel Shelley, was born 12 March 1921 in Clinton County, Kentucky.1 Thomas Robert Craft Lowhorn was the son of Charles Martin Lowhorn and Daisy Ethel Shelley. Thomas Robert Craft Lowhorn married Ruby Olive Groce, daughter of Joel Green Groce and Jemima Ethel (Cowan) Groce, on 15 January 1942..1 Thomas Robert Craft Lowhorn lived in Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky.2,3 He died on 8 January 1998 in Livingston, Overton County, Tennessee.4,2 He was buried in January 1998 in the Peolia Cemetery, Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky.

     Thomas R. Lowhorn, 76, Route 2, Albany, passed Thursday, January 8, 1998 at Livingston (TN) Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by an infant son and two brothers, Jesse and Fredrick Lowhorn.
     He is survived by his wife, Ruby Lowhorn; three sisters, Margaret Honeycutt and Jane Appleby, both of Albany; Dott Huddleston, Louisville, KY; seven brothers, Will Ed, John O., James Martin, Joe, Carl, Homer and Ruel Lowhorn, all of Albany.
     Services were conducted Sunday, January 11, 1998 at 2 p.m. from Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Sawyer officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home, Albany.2
His wife, Ruby Olive Lowhorn, died on 20 July 2006.3
