     William T. Willingham, son of Jesse Willingham and Frances Hardman, was born about 1797 in Georgia.1 William T. Willingham was the son of Jesse Willingham and Frances Hardman.1
After 1838 in the Cherokee Land Lottery, William T. Willingham, who served in Culley's military unit in Oglethorpe County, Georgia was awarded Lot 225 in District 8, Section 3 which is now in Murray County.2
