Willingham.1 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 12 July 1860 in the Hebbardsville post office area of Division 2, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed James M. Willingham as a 15-year-old residing with James H. Willingham.2 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 15 June 1870 in the Hebbardsville post office area of the Hebbardsville Precinct, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed J. M. "Willingham", a constable, as a 24-year-old residing with James Willingham.3 James Meredith Willingham married Mary E. Johnson on 24 November 1874 in Henderson County, Kentucky..4
