Kerr and Frances Jane Willingham, about 1905 in Kentucky..1 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 19 April 1910 in Piggatt, St. Francis Township, Clay County, Arkansas, listed Vera "Kerr", who had been married 5 years, with 3 children all of whom were still living, as the 24-year-old wife of Ira Kerr.1 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 7 January 1920 in District 5, Ward 5 at 915 First Street, Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Vera B. "Kerr", as the 33-year-old wife of Ira C. Kerr.2 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 8 April 1930 in Ward 5 at 920 West Columbia Street, Evansville, Pigeon Township, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, listed Verea B. "Kerr", who had been married first at the age of 18, as the 43-year-old wife of Ira W. Kerr.3
