     Kenneth Melvin Wilcox, son of Rufus Wells Wilcox and Emma Philinda Metcalf, was born 17 May 1911 in West Branch, Ogemaw County, Michigan.1 Kenneth Melvin Wilcox was the son of Rufus Wells Wilcox and Emma Philinda Metcalf. Kenneth Melvin Wilcox attended the Medcalf family reunion on 8 July 1927 at the farm home of Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Turner in Ellington, Tuscola County, Michigan.2 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 23 April 1930 at 4134 Oldtown in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, listed Kenneth Wilcox, a gas station attendant, as a 20-year-old boarder residing with Paul C. Kerehn.3 He married Bernice Odelia Witherspoon, daughter of Charles Witherspoon and Bertha (Steibe) Witherspoon, on 29 October 1932 in Kinde, Huron County, Michigan..4 Kenneth Melvin Wilcox was employed by Mueller Brass Company in Port Huron, St. Clair County, Michigan.5 His wife, Bernice Odelia Wilcox, died in September 1965.6 Kenneth Melvin Wilcox died on 28 August 1966 in Port Huron, St. Clair County, Michigan.1
