     Eleanor Gertrude Wilcox, daughter of Rufus Wells Wilcox and Emma Philinda Metcalf, was born 22 August 1889 in Pere Cheney, Crawford County, Michigan.1,2 Eleanor Gertrude Wilcox was the daughter of Rufus Wells Wilcox and Emma Philinda Metcalf. The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 30 April 1910 at the Upper Peninsula Hospital in Pentland Township, Luce County, Michigan, listed Gertrude E. Wilcox, an attendant, as a 20-year-old female employee residing with Michael Fammis.3 Eleanor Gertrude Wilcox married Edward Lafayette Munson in 1912..1 Eleanor Gertrude Munson attended the Medcalf family reunion on 8 July 1927 at the farm home of Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Turner in Ellington, Tuscola County, Michigan.4 She and Edward Lafayette Munson were divorced before 1930.1

Wicks and Fanny (Hamilton) Wicks, on 24 April 1930 in Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan..1,6 Eleanor Gertrude Wickes's ex-husband, Edward Lafayette Munson, died on 27 February 1954 in Newberry, Luce County, Michigan, of congestive heart disease.7 Edward Lafayette Munson was buried on 2 March 1954 in the Forest Home Cemetery, Newberry, Luce County, Michigan.8,9 Her Social Security Number was 364-48-1180 issued in Michigan in 1963.2 Her last residence was in West Branch, Ogemaw County, Michigan.2 Eleanor Gertrude Wickes died on 19 February 1984.2
