Born in Casey County, she was a retired school teacher for the Bullitt County School System and owner and operator of the Lebanon Junction Flower Shop. She was a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association and Brush Creek Christian Church in Liberty. She was the widow of Kenneth Samuel Fair.
Survivors include a son, Kenny Alan Fair of Boston, Ky; and four grandchildren, Alan, Chris and Crystal Fair, and Becky Borchert.
Funeral services will be today (August 23) at 11 a.m. at Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction by Mitchell S. Hutchins. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Liberty.1,3
