Witness that the part of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three hunderd and fifty Dolls in hand paid & secured to be paid by the part of the second part. hath this day granted bargain & sold & do by these presents grant bragain sell and convey unto the part of the second part a tract of land in Henderson Co. Ky. lying on the waters of Green River & bounded as follows. Begining at a stone in Elijah Willinghams line and corner to George Craig thence with Elijah Willinghams line S61o 11'E one hundred & three poles & eighteen and one fourth links to a hickory corner to said Willingham, thence N.29o 42' Eighty one and a half poles to a white oak, now dead, thence N 61oW one hundred & three poles 18 1/4 links to a stone near a large gum & corner to George Craig, thence with his line S 29o 42' W 812 poles to the beginning. containing Fifty two acres, thirteen quarter & thirteen and one half pole. To have and To Hold the above described land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to the party of the second part with General Warranty.
