Hancock.1 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 28 June 1870 in the Ropthnocks Mill post office area of Jackson Township, Harrison County, Indiana, listed Evaline "Hancock", a housekeeper, born in IN, as a 33-year-old female residing with S. W. Hancock.4 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 15 June 1880 in Jackson Township, Harrison County, Indiana, listed Evaline "Hancock", a housekeeper, born in IN, as the 42-year-old wife of W. Sam'l. Hancock.5 Evaline Hancock died in 1881 in Harrison County, Indiana.2 She was buried in the Woods Chapel Cemetery, Harrison County, Indiana.2
