Sara May Foster, daughter of Joseph Douglas Foster and Marrion Margaret (Hunter) Foster, was born 23 March 1895 in Fairgrove Township, Tuscola County, Michigan.1 Sara May Foster was the daughter of Joseph Douglas Foster and Marrion Margaret (Hunter) Foster. Sara May Foster married Aaron Lee Metcalf, son of John B. Medcalf and Eleanor L. Burse, on 31 December 1913 in Caro, Tuscola County, Michigan..1 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 3 January 1920 in Fairgrove Township, Tuscola County, Michigan, listed Sarah May "Metcalf", as the 24-year-old wife of Lee Metcalf.2 Sara May Foster attended the Medcalf family reunion on 8 July 1927 at the farm home of Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Turner in Ellington, Tuscola County, Michigan.3 She died on 17 March 1979 in Caro, Tuscola County, Michigan, of uremia.1,4,5 She was buried on 17 March 1979 in the Brookside Cemetery, Fairgrove, Tuscola County, Michigan.1,6 She was posthumously sealed as a spouse of Aaron Lee Metcalf on 22 February 1997 in in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, Temple Code:JRIVE.1
