     Lyle Foster Metcalf, son of Aaron Lee Metcalf and Sara May Foster, was born 6 January 1919 in Fairgrove, Tuscola County, Michigan.1 Lyle Foster Metcalf was the son of Aaron Lee Metcalf and Sara May Foster. Lyle Foster Metcalf attended the Medcalf family reunion on 8 July 1927 at the farm home of Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Turner in Ellington, Tuscola County, Michigan.2 He died on 10 August 1941 in Fairgrove, Tuscola County, Michigan, of ulcerative colitis.3,4 He was buried in the Brookside Cemetery, Fairgrove, Tuscola County, Michigan.1,5
