     Sarah Hallmark was born circa 1840 in Illinois.1 She married James A. Willingham, son of Elijah H. Willingham and Frances B. Galloway, on 26 September 1865 in Henderson County, Kentucky..1 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 28 June 1870 in the Hebbardsville post office area of the Hebbardsville District, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Sarah "Willingham", as a 30-year-old residing with J. A. Willingham.2 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 15 June 1880 in the Hebbardsville District, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Sally "Willingham", a housekeeper, as the 53-year-old wife of James A. Willingham.3
