Ellen Marsh

     Ellen Marsh, daughter of Jonas J. Marsh and Philinda Quick, was born 13 June 1853 in Scio, Washtenaw County, Michigan.¹ Ellen Marsh was the daughter of Jonas J. Marsh and Philinda Quick. Ellen Marsh was commonly known as Nettie. The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 3 August 1860 in the Dexter post office area of Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, listed Ellen "Marsh" as a 6-year-old residing with Jonas Marsh.² The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 26 July 1870 in the Ann Arbor post office area of Scio Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, listed Ellen "Marsh", born in MI, as a 17-year-old female residing with Jonas Marsh.³ She married Francis John Reilly, son of John Reilly and Susan (Rogers) Reilly, on 13 August 1876 in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan..⁴ Her husband, Francis John Reilly, died on 26 January 1929 in Delhi Mills, Washtenaw County, Michigan.¹ Ellen Reilly died on 30 March 1943 in West Delhi, Washtenaw County, Michigan.⁵ She was buried in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.^5,6 She was posthumously sealed as a spouse of Francis John Reilly on 29 March 1984 in in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, Temple Code:JRIVE.⁷ Ellen Marsh was baptized posthumously in the LDS church on 5 November 1993 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, Temple Code:JRIVE.⁷ She received her endowment posthumously on 6 November 1993 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, Temple Code:JRIVE.⁷ She was posthumusly sealed as a , daughter of Jonas J.
