     Adaline Marsh, daughter of Harmon Marsh and Elizabeth Sarah Showerman, was born December 1841 in Waterloo, Jackson County, Michigan.1 Adaline Marsh was the daughter of Harmon Marsh and Elizabeth Sarah Showerman. The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 14 August 1860 in the Waterloo post office area of Waterloo Township, Jackson County, Michigan, listed Adeline "Marsh" as a 18-year-old residing with Harmon Marsh.2 Adaline Marsh married Henry Palen on 31 August 1862 in Waterloo, Jackson County, Michigan..3
