Norris and Agnes Blanch Hancock.1 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 15 April 1930 in Georgetown Township, Floyd County, Indiana, listed Ellen "Norris", born in Kentucky, who had been married first at the age of 15, as the 18-year-old daughter of Thomas O. Norris.2
