On the census of 1810 in Henderson County, Kentucky, Thomas was probably a male under 10 years of age residing with John Willingham.2 On the census of 1820 in Henderson County, Kentucky, Thomas was probably a male of 10 and under 16 years of age residing with John Willingham.3 He married Frances Willingham on 25 December 1828 in Henderson County, Kentucky..4
The census of 1830 in Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Thos. Willingham as a head-of-household with tallies 10001-0001 which indicates:
A male of 20 and under 30 years of age, probably Thomas.5
A female of 15 and under 20 years of age, probably his wife Frances.5

Margaret "Willingham", 6-year-old.1
Thomas Willingham was named in the will of John W. Willingham as "my son Thomas" in Henderson County, Kentucky, on 4 December 1851.9 Thomas Willingham died before 1860, presumably as he is missing from the 1860 census.10
