On the census of 1820 in Henderson County, Kentucky, Lafayette Francis was probably a male under 10 years of age residing with Isaac Willingham.2 On the census of 1830 in Graves County, Kentucky, Lafayette Francis was probably a male of 10 and under 15 years of age residing with Isaac Willingham.3 He married Louisa Bennett on 15 May 1834 in Hickman County, Kentucky..4

He married Mary A. __?__ circa 1854..1 As Louisa is still living, it is presumed that she and Lafayette were divorced prior to 1854 when Lafayette married Mary.12
