The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 17 August 1850 in Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Lavisa B. "Willingham" as a 7-year-old residing with Lazarus Willingham.1 Lavisa Belle Willingham married Charles M. Williams on 27 December 1859 in Henderson County, Kentucky..3 Her husband, Charles M. Williams, died before 1869 in Henderson County, Kentucky.4 Lavisa Belle Williams died on 25 January 1933 in Hebbardsville, Henderson County, Kentucky.4
