     Jarrett Willingham, son of John W. Willingham and Frances Weldon, was born about 1803 in Tennessee.1 On the census of 1810 in Henderson County, Kentucky, Jarrett was probably a male under 10 years of age residing with John Willingham.2 He married Marion Freels, daughter of Thomas Freels and Polly (Matlock) Freels, on 15 April 1821 in Daviess County, Kentucky..3
