On the census of 1840 in Graves County, Kentucky, James Murray was probably a male under 5 years of age residing with A. H. Wellingham.3 The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 31 August 1850 in Graves County, Kentucky, listed James "Willingham", born in Kentucky as a 13-year-old male residing with A. H. Willingham.1 He married Cornelia E. Dunn on 10 December 1872 in Henderson County, Kentucky..4
