Winnie.2 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 10 May 1910 in the Armstrong Precinct, Snohomish County, Washington, listed Cecil Winnie, as the 14-year-old (step) son of John Wood.3 He married Ruth Willett Willingham, daughter of Lewis Cullum Lawhorn and Priscilla Caldonia Hancock, on 4 June 1923 in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington..4 Cecil and Ruth were divorced.5 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 12 April 1930 in Precinct 3, Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, listed Carl W. Winnie, a transportation mariner, as a 34-year-old widowed male residing with Al Lick.6 His last residence was in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington.1 Cecil W. Winnie died in September 1975.1
