Frances Iva Willingham was born 5 March 1892 in Prescott, Nevada County, Arkansas.1 She was the daughter of Francis Lafayette Willingham and Forest Ellen Baird. Frances Iva Willingham married her first cousin once removed, John Noel Hipp, son of John Thomas Hipp and Lucinda Frances Dickson, on 18 April 1910 in Arkansas..1 John Noel Hipp registered for the WWI draft on 12 September 1918 in Murfreesboro, Pike County, Arkansas, as a Pike County Bank bookkeeper who was born Nov. 30, 1885 in which Frances Iva Hipp was mentioned.2 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 10 January 1920 in Murfreesboro, Thompson Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Iva "Hipp", as the 27-year-old wife of Noel Hipp.3 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 8 April 1930 in Murfreesboro, Thompson Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Frances I. "Hipp", born in Arkansas, who had been married first at the age of 17, as the 37-year-old wife of John N. Hipp.4 She died on 1 March 1969.5 She was buried in March 1969.5
