     Lucile F. Scearce was born August 1848 in Fulton County, Kentucky.1,2 Lucile F. Scearce was commonly known as Lucy. She married Jeremiah Theodore Willingham, son of John C. Willingham and Elizabeth J. Shelton, in 1870 in Fulton County, Kentucky..1,2 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 9 June 1880 in Johnsons District, Fulton County, Kentucky, listed Lucy "Willingham", a housekeeper, as the 31-year-old wife of Robert Willingham.3 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 8 June 1900 in District 6, Graves County, Kentucky, listed Lucy "Willingham", who had been married 30 years, with 8 children of whom 8 were still living, as the 51-year-old wife of J. T. Willingham.4 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 19 April 1910 in District 4, Graves County, Kentucky, listed Lucy "Willingham", born in Kentucky, who had been married 39 years, with 8 children all of whom were still living, as the 62-year-old wife of Theodore Willingham.5
The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 12 January 1920 in Palmore Precinct, Graves County, Kentucky, listed the following:
Lucile Willingham, 71-year-old female head of household, a farmer.6 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 18 April 1930 in District 3, Fulton County, Kentucky, listed Lucie Willingham, born in Kentucky, who had been married first at the age of 22, as the 81-year-old mother of Maud Choate.7 Lucy F. Willingham died circa 1938 in Fulton County, Kentucky.2 She was buried in the Maplewood Cemetery, Graves County, Kentucky.2,8
