(Hager) Hoover, was born 14 April 1894 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.1 Sadie Hoover married Clarence Alexander Hipp, son of Charles Alexander Hipp and Margaret J. Smith..2 Sadie Hoover was the daughter of Charles B. Hoover and Susan W. (Hager) Hoover. Sadie Hipp died on 21 August 1981 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, of heart disease.1 She was buried in the Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.3
