     Sarah Hipp, daughter of Joseph Hipp, was born 1791.1,2 Sarah Hipp was the daughter of Joseph Hipp. Sarah Hipp married William Richey Neighbors Sr. about 1825..3,4 Her husband, William Richey Neighbors Sr., died before 1850, presumably as Sarah is head-of-household in the 1850 census.1
The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 25 October 1850 in Laurens District, South Carolina, listed the following:
Sarah Neighbors, 50-year-old head of household.1
William "Neighbors", 24-year-old, a farmer.1
Mary "Neighbors", 19-year-old.1
Martha "Neighbors", 17-year-old.1
Permelia "Neighbors", 15-year-old.1
William R. Neighbors, 7-year-old.1


Sarah Hipp died in 1865 in Laurens County, South Carolina.2 She was buried in the Hurricane Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurens District, South Carolina.2
