On the census of 1830 in Boone County, Missouri, Permelia Ann was probably a female of 5 and under 10 years of age residing with David Wilson.2 On the census of 1840 in Audrain County, Missouri, Permelia Ann was probably a female of 15 and under 20 years of age residing with David Wilson.3 She married George W. Willingham, son of Deloney Willingham and Susannah Mott, on 17 August 1842 in Audrain County, Missouri..4 The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 5 September 1850 in District 99, Warren County, Missouri, listed Permelia Willingham, born in Missouri as a 27-year-old residing with George Willingham.5 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 5 July 1860 in the Macon post office area of Hudson Township, Macon County, Missouri, listed Permela A. "Winingham" as a 37-year-old residing with George Winingham.6 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 8 July 1870 in the Cairo post office area of Salt River Township, Randolph County, Missouri, listed Permelia Wellingham, as a 47-year-old residing with George Wellingham.7 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 7 June 1880 in Salisbury Township, Chariton County, Missouri, listed Permelia A. "Willingham", born in Missouri, as the 56-year-old wife of George Willingham.8
