Galloway, on 16 April 1868 in Henderson County, Kentucky..1 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 21 June 1870 in the Hebbardsville District, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Roxie Ann "Willingham", a housekeeper, as a 22-year-old residing with John Willingham.2 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 12 June 1880 in the Hebbardsville District, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Roxy A. "Willingham", a housekeeper, as the 33-year-old wife of John Willingham.3 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 21 June 1900 in the Authaston Precinct, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Roxan "Willingham", born in Virginia, who had been married 32 years, with 2 children of whom 1 was still living, as the 54-year-old wife of John Willingham.4 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 11 February 1920 in District 6, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Roxie Willingham, as the 73-year-old mother-in-law of William Jennings.5 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 3 April 1930 in District 5, Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Roxie Willingham, born in Kentucky, as the 84-year-old widowed aunt of G. S. Gish.6
