     Mary E. Johnson was born circa 1858.1 She married James Meredith Willingham, son of James H. Willingham and Elizabeth C. Long, on 24 November 1874 in Henderson County, Kentucky..2 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 11 June 1880 in the Hebbardsville District, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Mary E. Willingham, a housekeeper, as the 21-year-old wife of James M. Willingham.3 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 3 January 1920 in Ward 2 on Main Street North, Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky, listed Mary E. "Willingham", as the 61-year-old wife of J. M. Willingham.4 Mary E. Willingham died in 1938.5
