     Warren Victor Willingham was born 29 July 1847 in Warren County, Missouri.1,2 He was the son of George W. Willingham and Permelia Ann Wilson. The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 5 September 1850 in District 99, Warren County, Missouri, listed Warren Willingham, born in Missouri as a 3-year-old residing with George Willingham.2 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 5 July 1860 in the Macon post office area of Hudson Township, Macon County, Missouri, listed Waren V. "Winingham" as a 12-year-old residing with George Winingham.3 Warren Victor Willingham served in the military during the Civil War in Macon, Macon County, Missouri; the Missouri State Militia.4 He and James Thomas Willingham enrolled in the Missouri Militia on 30 April 1864 in Macon County, Missouri.5 Warren Victor Willingham served in the military between 30 September 1864 and 23 November 1864 in Macon, Macon County, Missouri; as a private in Company K, 62nd Regiment E.M.M.4,5 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 8 July 1870 in the Cairo post office area of Salt River Township, Randolph County, Missouri, listed W. F. "Wellingham", as a 22-year-old residing with George Wellingham.6 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 2 July 1880 in Prescott, Nevada County, Arkansas, listed Warren "Willingham", a butcher, as a 37-year-old male boarder residing with Moses Winter.7 He married Margaret Laura Amonett on 3 October 1880 in Prescott, Nevada County, Arkansas..8

Married at Prescott, Ark - several children. Moved to Oklahoma when a territory. Served as Deputy US Marshall and Co. Clerk of the county in which Snyder is the County Seat for many years. (Kiowa County) Died April 1935 - buried Snyder area.
