Lucinda Frances Dickson was born 29 April 1852 in Pike County, Arkansas.1 She married John Thomas Hipp, son of Samuel Leonidas Hipp Sr. and Meeky East, on 25 November 1869 in Pike County, Arkansas..2 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 5 August 1870 in the Huddleston post office area of Missouri Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Lucinda F. "Hipp", as a 18-year-old residing with John T. Hipp.3 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 16 June 1880 in Missouri Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Lucinda F. "Hipp", as the 26-year-old wife of John T. Hipp.4 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 26 June 1900 in Saline Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Frances "Hipp", who had been married 30 years, with 1 child who was still living, as the 46-year-old wife of John T. Hipp.5 Lucinda Frances Hipp died on 28 December 1901 in Pike County, Arkansas.1 She was buried in the Billstown Cemetery, Billstown, Pike County, Arkansas.6
