Cordelia J. Sybell French

      Cordelia J. Sybell French was commonly known as Della. She was born 10 April 1852 in Mississippi.1 She married Samuel Leonidas Hipp, son of Samuel Leonidas Hipp Sr. and Meeky East, circa 1868..2,3 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 5 August 1870 in the Huddleston post office area of Missouri Township, Pike County, Arkansas, listed Cordelia "Hipp", as a 17-year-old residing with Samuel L. Hipp.2 Cordelia J. Sybell Hipp died on 29 November 1878 in Pike County, Arkansas.4
