On the census of 1830 in Boone County, Missouri, Reuben S. was probably a male of 10 and under 15 years of age residing with David Wilson.3 On the census of 1840 in Audrain County, Missouri, Reuben S. was probably a male of 20 and under 30 years of age residing with David Wilson.4 He married Zerilda Kilgore on 10 August 1842 in Audrain County, Missouri..5
