     Arabelle Willingham was born 5 October 1868 in Missouri.1 She was the daughter of George W. Willingham and Permelia Ann Wilson. The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 8 July 1870 in the Cairo post office area of Salt River Township, Randolph County, Missouri, listed Arabell "Wellingham", as a 1-year-old residing with George Wellingham.2 Arabelle Willingham married K.T. Powers on 10 December 1890 in Prescott, Nevada County, Arkansas..3 Her husband, K.T. Powers, died after 1900.4 Arabelle Powers married __?__ Oxford circa 1909 probably in Nevada County, Arkansas..5 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 16 April 1910 in Ward 3, Prescott, Missouri Township, Nevada County, Arkansas, listed Ara Oxford, who had been married less than a year, with 2 children both of whom were still living, as a 40-year-old boarder residing with Joe Hanill.5
