     Priscilla Caldonia Hancock was born 12 June 1861 in Paris, Lamar County, Texas.1 She was the daughter of James F. Hancock and Mary Elizabeth Light Craft. The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 11 July 1870 in the Paris post office area of District 3, Lamar County, Texas, listed Calidona Hancock, as a 9-year-old residing with William Craft.2 Priscilla Caldonia Hancock married Lewis Cullum Lawhorn, son of James Lowhorn and Lavina Pierce, on 8 January 1879 in Paris, Lamar County, Texas..3 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 9 June 1880 in Precinct 3, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, listed P. C. "Lawhorn", as the 18-year-old wife of L. C. Lawhorn.4 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 26 June 1900 in Precinct 7, Lamar County, Texas, listed Dona "Lawhorn", who had been married 21 years, with 6 children of whom 5 were still living, as the 38-year-old wife of Lewis Lawhorn.5 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 13 January 1920 in Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, listed Donie, as the 58-year-old wife of Louis Lawhorn.6 Priscilla Caldonia Lawhorn died on 23 March 1942 in Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, of old age.7 She was buried on 26 March 1942 in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma.8,9
