Willingham three fifths (3/5) of all of my real estate including farm and houses in Webster County Ky near Sebree, and houses and lots and vacant lot in Sebree City, Ky. If there should be a sale of the said real estate, then three fifths of the amount realized from sale to my said daughter Sallie E. Willingham.

Second, I will and bequeath to my daughters Miss Agnes Willingham and Mrs. Birdye Jones, jointly in equal shares the remaining two fifths (2/5) of my said real estate, described in the first item. If said real estate should be sold they are to have two fifths of the proceeds of said sale.

Third, I will and bequeath ten Dollars ($10.00) to each of my sons, John A., Willie, and Theadore Willingham.

Forth, I will and bequeath to my said daughters, Sallie E. and Agnes Willingham and Mrs. Birdye Jones in regular shares all of my household goods, unsold farm products, notes and accounts.

Fifth, for difference made to my daughter Sallie E. Willingham is for the long and faithful service she has given me.

Sixth, I nominate and appoint L.O. Biggs & Green Orsborn as executors of this my last will with power to sell and convey any or all of said estate of deed.
