Isham Harrison Baird was born circa 1771 in Virginia.¹ He was the son of Ephraim Baird and Hannah Harrison. On 11 September 1792 Isham Harrison Baird bought land in Lynchburg, Virginia.² He married Clarissa Bushnell, daughter of Eusebius Bushnell and Borodel Latimer, on 21 October 1795 in Sumner County, Tennessee..³

On 21 June 1806 Isham Harrison Baird sold part of lot number 29 in Lynchburg, Virginia.⁴
