Margaret Laura Amonett

     Margaret Laura Amonett was born July 1856 in Louisiana.¹ She married Warren Victor Willingham, son of George W. Willingham and Permelia Ann Wilson, on 3 October 1880 in Prescott, Nevada County, Arkansas..² The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 13 June 1900 at 105 Tonhawa St. in Norman, Norman Township, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, listed Laura M. "Willingham", who had been married 20 years, with 8 children of whom 6 were still living, as the 43-year-old wife of Warren V. Willingham.³ The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated on 21 April 1910 on 8th Street in Snyder, Mountain Park Township, Kiowa County, Oklahoma, listed Laura "Willingham", who had been married 1 time for 30 years, with 8 children of whom 6 were still living, as the 54-year-old wife of Warren Willingham.⁴ The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 3 January 1920 in Quanah, Quanah Township, Hardeman County, Texas, listed Laura M. "Willingham", as the 63-year-old wife of Warren Willingham.⁵
