     Sarah Ann Willingham was born 28 February 1847 in Graves County, Kentucky.1 She was the daughter of James W. Willingham and Mary E. __?__. The census of 1 June 1850 enumerated on 10 August 1850 in Graves County, Kentucky, listed S. A. Willingham, born in Kentucky as a 1-year-old female residing with J. W. Willingham.2 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated in 1860 in Box Township, Cedar County, Missouri, listed Sarah A. "Willingham" as a 11-year-old residing with J. W. Willingham.3 Sarah Ann Willingham married her first cousin, William Jerome Willingham, son of Alexander H. Willingham and Mary H. Murray, in 1865..4 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 11 July 1870 in the Feliciana post office area of the Felicianna Precinct, Graves County, Kentucky, listed Sallie "Willingham", as a 27-year-old residing with Jerome Willingham.5 Sarah Ann Willingham died on 12 June 1872 in Water Valley, Graves County, Kentucky.1,6 She was buried in the Willingham Cemetery near Wingo, Graves County, Kentucky.7,8
