On the census of 1820 in Harrison County, Indiana, Judge was probably a male under 10 years of age residing with John Hancock.2 On the census of 1830 in Blue River Township, Harrison County, Indiana, Judge was probably a male of 15 and under 20 years of age residing with John Hancock Sr.3 He married Mary Linden on 11 April 1833 in Harrison County, Indiana..4

Judge Hancock died on 5 December 1885 in Harrison County, Indiana.1 He was buried in the Hancock Chapel United Methodist Cemetery, Harrison County, Indiana.1
