Skeen, born in NC as a 31-year-old female residing with Mathew Skeen.1 The census of 1 June 1860 enumerated on 12 June 1860 in the Milford post office area of Ellis County, Texas, listed M. Skeen born in NC, as a 31-year-old female residing with M. Skeen.4 The census of 1 June 1870 enumerated on 7 September 1870 in the Little Rock post office area of Fourche Township, Pulaski County, Arkansas, listed Mary "Skeen", a housekeeper, born in NC, as a 45-year-old female residing with Mathew Skeen.5 The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 29 June 1880 in Fourche Township, Pulaski County, Arkansas, listed Mary "Skeen", a housekeeper, born in NC, as the 56-year-old wife of Mathew Skeen.6 She died before 1900 in Pulaski County, Arkansas.7
