     Myrtle I. Skeen, daughter of Matthew Lewis Skeen and Ida H. Ivie, was born 18 May 1879 in Bedford County, Tennessee.1 Myrtle I. Skeen was the daughter of Matthew Lewis Skeen and Ida H. Ivie. The census of 1 June 1880 enumerated on 24 June 1880 in Bell Buckle, Bedford County, Tennessee, listed Myrtle "Skeen", born in TN, as the 1-year-old (granddaughter) of D. H. Skeen.2 The census of 1 June 1900 enumerated on 1 June 1900 in Bell Buckle, Bedford County, Tennessee, listed Myrtle I. "Skeen", born in TN, as the 21-year-old daughter of M. L. Skeen.3 Myrtle I. Skeen married Herbert Carr on 12 June 1900 in Bedford County, Tennessee..1
