     Effie James was born circa 1886 in Arkansas.1 She married Herbert Sayle McClung, son of Robert Clark McClung and Laura Jane Baird, in 1905..2,3 The census of 15 April 1910 enumerated in 1910 in Morrilton, Conway County, Arkansas, listed Effie "McClung", who had been married 5 years, as the 24-year-old wife of Sayle McClung.3 The census of 1 January 1920 enumerated on 7 January 1920 in Ward 2, Morrilton, Welborn Township, Conway County, Arkansas, listed Essie "Olson", born in Arkansas, as the 34-year-old wife of Oscar Olson.4 The census of 1 April 1930 enumerated on 8 April 1930 in Ward 2 at 304 Division Street, Morrilton, Welborn Township, Conway County, Arkansas, listed Essie "Olson", born in Arkansas, who had been married first at the age of 20, as the 42-year-old wife of Oscar J. Olson.5
