K. H. Wilson of Wittenberg Died In Mexico Hosp.
Keirgan Henry Wilson, 76-year old resident of Wittenberg, died at 1:23 a. m. Friday in the Audrain County Hospital at Mexico, Mo. Where he had been a patient for 21 days. Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Precht Heston Funeral Home in Mexico, conducted by the Rev. Merle J. White, pastor of the Assembly of God Church. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery
Mr. Wilson was born on Dec. 21, 1883, in Audrain County, the son of John R. and Minnie (Dollens) Wilson. He was married in 1902 to Miss Mary Cruse, who preceded him in death. Among the survivors are: eight children, Alvin of Fronfelt, Archie and Lon of San Mateo, Cal., Clead of Cordova, Alaska, and Ted Wilson of Wittenberg, Mrs. Forrest Huff of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. John Martinez and Mrs. Joseph Oboy of Detroit, Mich; one sister, Mrs. Alta Patton of Seattle, Wash; three brothers, Logan of Mexico, Frank of Wittenberg and D. L. Wilson of Dallas; 19 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Wilson was well-known throughout Perry County through his profession, a commercial fisherman.2,5
