On 30 July 1900 Asa C. Lowhorn patented 120 acres of land in Polk County, Arkansas.
"... the land office at Camden, Arkansas ... the South half of the South East quarter of section ten and the South West quarter of the South West quarter of section eleven in Township four south of Range thirty-two West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Arkansas, containing one hundred and twenty acres ..."13
His wife, Minnie H. Lowhorn, died on 26 January 1901 in Cove, Polk County, Arkansas.2,1 Asa C. Lowhorn died on 9 October 1907, on a train probably in eastern Tennessee while looking for a home for his children.2,6 He was buried in the Mountain Home Cemetery, Johnson City, Washington County, Tennessee.6Children of Asa C.
